• 1.Paper Submissions Two Types

    Two types of submission, full-paper submission and only-abstracts submission, are considered and accepted for presentation. Please link to the website Guide for Authors and read the specifics on Procedia CIRP.

    • Full papers must be written in English, must not exceed a maximum of 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Papers should be prepared using the template which can be downloaded at the conference website.
    • Abstracts (~500 words) only without full papers are considered and accepted at 4th-CIRPBioM for presentation and inclusion in conference manual.

    2.Important dates

    • Abstract submission: July 30, 2019
    • Full paper submission: August 30, 2019
    • Full paper acceptance: October 15, 2019
    • Submission of Final Paper: October 30, 2019

    3.Step-by-step instructions for submission

    Step 1: abstract submission. The only-abstracts submission is limited to 500 words and the abstract of full-paper submission is no more than 100 words.

    If the abstract has not been submitted via the email, the steps of abstract submission are as follows:

    (1) Enter the registration page: http://cirp-biom2019.com/system/reg.php, and fill in the relevant participation information. Note: the mailbox must be filled in correctly. The login password will be sent to the registered mailbox.

    (2) Enter the login page: http://cirp-biom2019.com/system/user/login.php, to view the meeting registration information and submit the abstract of your paper.

    4.Important Notes

    • All submitted papers must be consistent with the conference theme and the paper template. Download the template “PROCIR_Template_4th-CIRPBioM.zip” (both Word and Latex available).
    • The authors are required to submit a PDF as well a source file copy of his/her paper. Doc/docx/latex are the only acceptable formats of source files. Other formats including ‘docm’ will NOT be used by the production team.
    • Each paper in a Proceedings issue shall consist of a minimum of Three (3) pages and a maximum of Six (6) pages. Additional pages per paper above the Six (6) page limit will be charged at a rate of $ 5 (Five US Dollars) per page.
    • Ensure that the language quality of a submitted manuscript is high enough. It is recommended to use professional service by a native scientific writer: an example service.
